1) First wash: pour and bush on basic warm tones; splatter for texture.
2) Establish darks: brush in super darks to establish the complete range of values; save white near future site of primary area of interst. Use gauze to create the texture of the corn silk.
3) Area of Interest: establish area of interest using complimentary colors and detail.
4) Cobs: use mask to define the arrangement of corn kernels.
5) Kernels: darker washes between the areas of mask create the definition for the kernels.
6) Finished painting: use glazes of color to integrate the husks and exaggerate the effects of light. Add texture with sandpaper.
